THE FLAG OF LIVING CHRIST MISSION HAS THREE (3) COLOURS: BLUE, WHITE AND RED The LCM flag has three colours
- BLUE: This shows LOVE OF GOD.
- WHITE: This shows and depicts PURITY, Cleanliness, Holiness, and Righteousness.
- RED: This shows Salvation, through the death of Christ and shedding of His blood.
It also shows power/authority of God. It also depicts and shows “danger” for those who reject the Gift of God, Jesus Christ and Salvation. In other words, Blue : Love to teach and love man (i.e. Human beings) White: Purity to teach and purity man and Red: Salvation to teach and save man Therefore Blue + White + Red = Living Christ Mission (LCM). Although I have explained all the points above and it is not my intention to make this TOPIC very long, but because of its importance and in the interest of children or those who may not understand VOLUME 1 very well let me make it more simple in VOLUME 2 THE SPIRITUAL MEANING OF THE NAME LIVING CHRIST MISSION.
LIVING; in the order of the Trinity the first being is the Almighty God the father who is the Living God represented by Living in the name Living Christ Mission and also placed as the first Being recognized. This confirms that God is the Origin, owner, Lord, founder and leader of the church Living Christ Mission. 'Living' in the name Living Christ Mission also signifies that though many gods exist and it is obvious that some so called servant/worshippers of God use the church as a camouflage to cover up some of their diabolic practices and worship of dead gods, as far as Living Christ Mission is concerned, it is a church where the only true God is worshiped and the God we serve is the Living God, the Creator of the whole universe, the sovereign God and God of The Holy Bible “For although there may be so called gods in heaven or on earth as indeed there are many "gods" and many "lords" Yet for us there is one God, the Father from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we exist" (1 Corinthians 8:5 and 6) Secondly, when anything is referred to as LIVING it has certain qualities or characteristics that prove that it has life in it. They are;
- Respiration or breathing and life span
- Growth, development and reproduction
- Irritability or sensitivity (that is the ability to respond to stimuli)
In terms of respiration, growth, development, reproduction and life span: man lives with the breath of God then what of God himself. The living God is the life and the air that the church breathes and since God lives forever and remains the life of the church, Living Christ Mission, has never, will never and can never die or stop existing, progressing, growing, developing and reproducing. It has always been growing from strength to strength because according to the bible in (Matthew 16:18) "And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church and the powers of death or the gates of hell will not prevail against it". That is why anybody can come to Living Christ Mission, occupy any position they want to occupy once you do not have any good relationship with God, you will one day leave the church and then you will understand how unworthy and that you are just occupying a space. This was what happened to Judas Iscariot (Acts 2:16-20).
When it comes to nutrition which is the ability of living organisms to feed to enable them live and carry out life processes, in Living Christ Mission the flock of God are fed with the undiluted word of God (that is, the way it is) through which the Holy Spirit carries out His cleansing and sanctification. He works in various ways in the lives of people giving them salvation and spiritual gifts. The Holy Spirit Himself is the teacher and the truth about God and His Spiritual worship are revealed through His word and the Holy Spirit. Irritability and sensitivity which is the ability of living organisms to respond to stimuli. The church does not and cannot tolerate any evil that will affect the body of Christ. Checks and balances with the word of God are used to checkmate the members and any kind of misconduct or misbehavior is called to order no matter who is involved. Punishments like suspensions, cautioning, and relief of duties are used after which repentant souls are accepted again and restored.
Excretion: when someone is called to order and they do not accept corrections even after the church has handled the case, such a person according to the bible can be suspended for some days, weeks or months and in serious matters could be expelled from the church, the body of Christ (Matthew 18:15-17) (i.e. "excreted"). This normally serves as a medium to excrete unscrupulous miscreants and enemies of God from the family of God. CHRIST: the next Being in the line or order of the trinity is Jesus Christ the Saviour. He is the middle Being in the trinity and that is His position in the name "Living Christ Mission". After the head the next thing is the body and according to the Bible we are the body of Christ. While Christ is the head and bridegroom which He died for and bought with His BLOOD. The Bible says "Take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God which He obtained with the blood of his own son" (Acts 20:28), "For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, His body and is Himself its S a v i o u r " ( E p h e s i a n s 5 : 2 3 ) .
Anythhing at the centre serves as a connection or middle man. So Christ is at the centre of the Trinity connecting us to God the Father. He goes to the Father on our behalf and manifests Himself and His works through the Holy Spirit in our midst, thus He said to His Apostles in John 14:18-20 “I will not leave you desolate, I will come to you. Yet a little while and the world will see me no more, but you will see me; because I live, you live also” Christ manifests His promise through the manifestation of the Holy Spirit in the church. He conducts the affairs of Living Christ Mission through His Oracle God the Holy Spirit and uses Him to reach out to many souls in different parts of the world, because He cares for his own.
