His Grace, The Most Rev. Prof. Daddy Hezekiah, MFR, JP, International Mayor of Peace, Proprietor and Chancellor of Hezekiah University, Umudi, Imo State, Nigeria, and Founder and Leader of Living Christ Mission worldwide, during his Christmas service at the Administrative Headquarters of Living Christ Mission at Onitsha in Anambra State of Nigeria, sent his warm regards to all and sundry who celebrated the birth of Christ.
In his message, he appreciated God Almighty who preserved our lives in 2020 - a year that claimed many lives. He also stated that 2020 was terrible yet God saw us through, and His strength manifested in our weaknesses. God didn't disappoint, neither did He permit hunger to strike, as some were richly blessed in abundance. Hence, we ought to be grateful.
The International Mayor of Peace further stated that 2020 is remaining just a few days to end, therefore, we ought to use these few days to pause and ponder on our lives. 'How well did you do in 2020? What were your mistakes, and where did you fail? Also, where did you succeed? Think about yourself! While thinking about yourself, recount the blessings of God in your life in 2020. Then, pinpoint your flaws and your successes. Finalise it with your plans for 2021. Pray as you make plans for 2021, and do not let self-condemnation defeat you.'
Mighty Hezekiah further added that Christmas is the best time to renew our covenant with God, and that another good time to renew covenant with God is the Easter period. He, therefore, instructed us to use this Christmas season to either renew or enter into a covenant with God (if you have none).
In addition to the above points, the Proprietor and Chancellor of Hezekiah University, advised children of God to use this Christmas season to seek the face of God, and prepare for 2021. He also advised that being in the presence of God on the eve of 31st December to end 2020 and begin 2021, is better than starting the new year with some unimportant events. He further asserted that being holy on the 31st day of December and in the first few days of the new year is necessary as a child of God. He admonished men to refrain from touching their wives on both the 31st of December and the 1st of January. He buttressed the point that 'if you make God your number one he'll make you his number one'.
In his message, he read Psalm 91: 1, 2, 9 and 10, addressing Christians who want to make a new covenant with God. He emphasised that one cannot dwell in the shelter of a shrine and make God one's refuge. Also, that making God one's habitation shall prevent every evil from befalling one.
Again, he read Psalm 116: 2, 3, 4 and 8 to encourage Christians who are being persecuted for one reason or another. God will surely deliver our souls from death.
He concluded with Psalm 118: 10 - 14, to motivate those who think their enemies can defeat them. In conclusion, he stated that as a Christian, verse 17 says "I shall not die, but I shall live, and recount the deeds of the Lord."
*PRAISE THE LORD...!!!*
